Describe the bug When you enter an IP CIDR, it says it is invalid and that only a MAC, IP or FQDN are allowed. This worked fine in 13.1

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to Policies and Access Control
  2. Click on Switches
  3. Click on New Switch, then select Switch Group.
  4. Enter CIDR and see the error.

Expected behaviour PacketFence should accept the CIDR as it did on 13.1
