PF 13.2: Remote database config issue assuming root account #8171

I've tried to deploy a remote database in AWS but the provided account that has privileged access is not root.

As of now, this no way to provide a username to create the "pf" database and his "pf" user.

@jrouzierinverse check minimum grants needed by configurator for privileged user to create db and pf user.
