[bug]: flutterfire update throws ProcessException: System cannot find the specified file. #252

Description

When i run flutterfire update command in a flutter project i get following output

Cleaning up current workspace ... Unhandled exception: ProcessException: System cannot find the specified file.

Command: flutter clean

### Steps to reproduce 1. Create a new flutter project 2. Run `flutterfire configure` and follow steps 3. Run `flutterfire update` 4. See error ### Expected behavior `flutterfire update` shouldn't throw error at command `flutter clean`. Normally `flutter clean` runs without any issue. ### Screenshots _No response_ ### Additional context and comments _No response_

same bug here dont know what to do

The command needs to be updated to work on Windows and *nix.

This issue is caused by dart not using PATHEXT, https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues/31291. The code should run flutter.bat when on Windows: https://github.com/invertase/flutterfire_cli/blob/32fde77008b5a28d6ba856dae9f7a678dc0fbe0d/packages/flutterfire_cli/lib/src/commands/update.dart#L79-L80

Also, the next command won't work because rm is not a windows command: https://github.com/invertase/flutterfire_cli/blob/32fde77008b5a28d6ba856dae9f7a678dc0fbe0d/packages/flutterfire_cli/lib/src/commands/update.dart#L83-L84

And a couple more Process lines in that file that won't work on Windows. Not sure about other commands.

Hi, does it has any quick fix for this? I can not run flutterfire configure due to this error
