Android 14: Local push notifications don't disappear until user dismiss or touch them #1028

I'm using Local push notifications for chat notifications or other calendar reminders, but after the notification appears, it doesn't disappear for a long time until the user dismisses or taps it.

Is there any setting related to how long the notification is displayed/is there any way to change this setting?
