Notification sound defaults to silent if channel is created while phone is in DND mode #965

I've only started using Notifee recently, but I was frustrated in the beginning by my notifications coming in silently on Android. After making a few more notif channels, eventually I realized that some of the channels were silent and some were set to the default system sound even though I was never doing anything specific with the sound properties during channel creation. Now I'm not 100% about this and I'll do more testing later, but I'm pretty sure that the silent channels were created while my phone was in Do Not Disturb mode. I feel like this is not intended behavior and they should still be applying the default system sound to the channel no matter what the DND status is at the time of channel creation.
