I'm looking for a hook for the banner ad. There are hooks for the other ad types, so I'm confused why there isn't a hook for the banner ad. The main thing I'm trying to do is figure out how to refresh the banner ad, when there is a new screen view. I'm sure this is a common need, but I can't seem to find any documentation on this.
