[Demo] Swap Alt out with Redux #57

Don't know if anyone wants to do this with the demo app, but I feel I should probably swap out for Redux, since it seems to be the more preferred method of Flux implementations.

I'll try and base it on the F8 app: https://github.com/fbsamples/f8app
