When opening a NIfTI file it checks whether there are multiple volumes, and if more than 1 exist, open a dialog allowing the user to select which volume should be opened.
Raise a warning dialog when pixel value rescaling is applied. This is applied when pixels have too small values (e.g., 0-1) and converting to integer binarize the image. Now it scales it to 0-255 and warns the user.

Thanks for the PR @vhosouza. I tested with multiple MRIs (dwi, fmri, seg, etc) and its working fine.
