Set camera in 3D to look towards the face in MRI modality #794

When a new 3D surface is created or when invesalius project is opened.. the default 3D view is usually pointing to the back of the head.. Create an IF statement that checks if it's MRI modality, and adjust the default camera view in 3D to point towards the face.
