Tooltips to all action buttons #185

[Anton for client Vervaeke] Small improvement for visibility: Is it possible to add a keyword to all action buttons? Right now, only the ‘Resume’ and ‘Resubmit’ have a description next to it. image

A related question, it the Reimport function still necessary now that we are using CosmosDb?

@pim-simons Probably not, will doublecheck it with the team and if not needed, is probably fairly easy to remove.

@grik001 We briefly discussed this last year, Your idea was that it was probably not needed anymore but you were going to double-check this with the team to be sure. Can you update this issue once you've done this? Thx!

Discussed on the Steering Forum - while this has some value, it's very limited and might impact the lay-out. Since those buttons are less used and have tooltips on them anyway, we won't implement this one.
