Some paths need updating when running on linux build agents

Framework

$ArtifactsPath\$archive to $ArtifactsPath/$archive

Dashboard

$ArtifactsPath\$archive to $ArtifactsPath/$archive

$ArtifactsPath\dashboard.zip to $ArtifactsPath/dashboard.zip
