Research: collect related projects. #14

We need to know what others are offering.

I suggest to make a "Related Projects" section at the bottom of the README. It should contain:

related projects in other programming languages.
related commercial software
related web services. E.g. for testing.

By web services I mean websites that support the factur-x or Zugferd standard. Maybe it's already possible to upload a PDF and edit the metadata. The notes in my Wiki page have a good list already, but it's worth checking and structuring them properly:
