Houskeeping: Set pypi and testpypi token #574

Currently I'm working on utilizing a cookiecutter template for this module. One of the features is automatic release creation and upload to pypi.

@m3nu To my understanding your the only one having acces to the repo secrets. Can you setup these tokens?

I can add you as additional user. What's your username on PyPi?

@m3nu My username there is bosd as well. I think you've added me already there. (As I can publish this package there manually.)

But as here I don't have the super powers to setup tokens and advanced settings.
