Feature Request: Customizable colors for invoice status and reminders

As discussed in Slack (https://invoiceninja.slack.com/archives/C9KSLL0TE/p1656314658928159), this issue is a feature request to:

• make status colors customizable
• add an additional color scheme (customizable) to overdue invoices, based on their reminder level (reminder 1, reminder 2, reminder 3 and up)

Right now the invoice status colors can be selected as "Status Color Theme" in Settings -> Device Settings -> Colors:

But it would be nice to actually set a specific color for each status

Another helpful feature would be a different color set on the overdue invoices, based on their reminder states. While a reminder 1 invoice is not "as bad", an invoice which already passed the third reminder is. With a color scheme for overdue invoices the different reminder stages can set a custom color. This would help to visually immediately see the long overdue invoices and distinguish from the just recently overdue invoices in the Admin UI.
