UI changes for https://github.com/invoiceninja/invoiceninja/pull/8556

Adds "Paid Date" column for invoice reports
Adds "All Time" option to scheduled statements
Adds option to exclude clients with no matching invoices from scheduled statements

I'll plan to submit a PR to the React portal repo once I have that ready.

The release notes for version 5.6.3, which is on invoicing.co show that this got included in that release, but I'm not seeing the UI changes. Was there something I missed that I needed to compile and merge into the main repository?

Thanks for following up! I didn't realize that the backend changes had been merged n, we'll include the AP changes with the next release.
