Added extensions that support PostgreSQL database

Hi, have you tested this image personally with postgresql?

Hi @lwj5, I tested. Those two extensions are necessary to run wiht PostgreSQL. After installed those extensions another errors occurs: https://github.com/invoiceninja/invoiceninja/issues/8191
