QUEUE_CONNECTION configuration in Docker - can't find clear answer.

Hi, I'm trying to figure out if I need to somehow setup supervisor and crone when

QUEUE_CONNECTION=database

I went through

But there is no direct yes or no. My app is not fast, and I don't have anything in the system logs console in UI.
