pdf generated Chinese not display normal

Dear, referring to your forum link I created yesterday: https://forum.invoiceninja.com/t/chinese-displayed-not-normal/16097/4 by changed default pdf generator to hosted_ninja then fixed this issue.

But more concern is if I want using default SnapPDF to enable the PDF to be generated locally on the my own server, how can I adjusting env files or using docker exec -it invoiceninja sh to adding desired languages like "simplified chinese" support.

or there is other way change laveral configuration to done my request?
