Default tax rate for customer

I need an option to set a default tax rate for a user.

Some examples when this is usefull:

• Company has customers in many countries. The customer has set the default tax rate to his countries tax rate
• Company has B2B and B2C customers in other countries. In the EU VAT isn't charged for B2B customers in other countries

That would be very nice, this should override products VAT code/rate in quotation/invoices.

I second this request, same problem here, german company with EU wide customers, I need to be able to remove VAT for these customers

I have the same requirement, one company but different customer in different regions that require different taxes
