Shouldn't be mutually exclusive - all communication or some communication channels should be able to be selected.
Additional context
A simple copy link that provides a publicly accessible (no auth) URL to show and pay the invoice would be sufficient, but it would be great to work towards integrating other communication channels.
This is particularly useful and necessary for users who do not have email and might be daunted by using a client portal.
