POI Notification error when photo is too large #167

Repro Steps

I can't submit my POI: I think it's because I uploaded a panorama and it's too big, but the error is not telling me this. Also there is no way for me to change a photo After I select it it would be nice to be able to do that it would also be nice to be able to select and upload multiple photos at a timeImage
