As a superadmin, I snooped feyi.ogunsanya@gmail.com, but it showed them in some onboarding state, signed as a business, but with the CM hamburger menu.

Weird limbo state initiated by snooping a user, who I believe did not finish their onboarding as a CM, but immediately created a business account.

Had to go to the hamburger menu again and select the business profile to get it to "fully" switch over
