Update length scale metrics with new imageruler #9

The current imageruler algorithm reports inappropriately large length scales for "checkerboard" designs, which will be fixed with https://github.com/NanoComp/imageruler/pull/35.

We should re-generate the leaderboard once the updated imageruler algorithm is finalized.

This was completed with https://github.com/invrs-io/leaderboard/pull/29, which resulted in the expected reduction in minimum length scale for some solutions.
