The Java Edition debug stick allows for looping through blockstates by simply clicking with the primary and secondary keys.
This PR implements such behavior, whilst keeping (mostly) true to the Java Edition behavior and NBT. (Java debug stick NBT can be imported and vise versa)
Left click / breaking the block selects a blockstate
Right click / hold on mobile loops through the blockstates
