[Suggestion] Countdown #23

add option teleporting countdown in config.yml

Hm, maybe one day when i decide to rewrite this plugin. The UI API is terrible atm

right now i am only focusing on coding stuff i have personal use for since i got quite the burnout from coding, chances are low i will ever code anything else than boundstone/vraklib and magicwe2 again 🤷‍♂️

but feel free to contribute
