Pulling down mouse not working #92

Pulling down the mouse with a pressed left-mousebutton for marking an area of text which is longer than the screen, does not work. It stops where the display ends instead of scrolling down.

(by elthoro) I couldn't reproduce it. Which desktop environment are you using? Do you know, if this behaviour is new or was it with Ubuntu 12.04/12.10 the same?
