Change the way of applying bootstrap

Done:

• [x] Change inyoka.less or style.less to use @import for a base.less and one less file for each part of inyoka (forum, wiki, ...)
• [x] Add a wrapping class to the specific files eg. in forum.less: .forum{ .abc{<styles>} } This has two benefits:
  1. Forum styles can not destroy base or other styles
  2. They are more specific than base styles because of 2 matching classes
• [x] Apply it to the existing files
  • [x] Buttons
  • [x] Textfields
  • [x] Dropdown-menues
  • [x] Footer
  • [x] Breadcrumbs
  • [x] Navbar

    Not Done in this PR:

• Glyphicons : Should be done in #31
• Minor bootstrapclasses
• Width classes like container ...

That's all from me so far. Other work looks very good – and i know that is it not the most interesting work to do (i would name it „terrible“, if i did not use the negation). So thx. :)
