staff-dropdown of last ikhaya-comment unusable #71

This is not only the last one, this also appears on the first (or all) comment(s).

Not only an ikhaya issue: It's also present in the forum.

i think, the fix should be as easy as adding position: relative to the parent-div of every dropdown. Just as quick-note, because it probably would intercept with one PR.
