Replace extlink.gif with unicode arrows #456

On the portal page the gif is replaced by a smaller sized ↗. This should save the overhead of a HTTP-request for a small gif.

For private messages the icon was and is IMO not perfect to select all shown items in the table.

As it seems that nobody wants to review it, i'll merge it as is.
