Patch to hulu plugin to consolidate subscriptions, queue support; adds clips support to subscriptions #11

1) cleaned up some regular expressions in subscriptions
2) added support for clips into subscriptions (note: only tested on Mac OSX)
3) other general clean up in subscriptions

Attached is a diffs file to go from r655 to incorporating the above. I've also 
attached a ZIP of the 
whole thing.

TortoiseSVN puked on the diff, when I applied it manually the plugin crashed.

Once we get hulu running decently again I'll look into this.

Please use the attached ZIP vs. the one above; I completely refactored the 
_subscriptions and _rss modules. The base version is the hulu-air.zip attached 
to 
issue 15.

This is the one to try for the subscriptions, queue, and reworked RSS. Some of 
the RSS are acting a bit wonky, 
but work fine when I paste them directly, so you might want to skip that part.

Turns out the wonky is general in the rss somewhere, not just my rework. will 
figure it out and replace rss.

What exactly is 'wonky' about the RSS stuff?  I've never noticed anything, but 
that
certainly doesn't mean much because I rarely use them.

Post a diff of only working stuff and I'll commit it.

Wonky means sometimes it grabs and parses the feed and other times it just 
doesn't. More details are here: 
(http://xbmc.org/forum/showpost.php?p=294252&postcount=40). The baseline for 
this is r655 + the AIR 
changes as posted. I've also included just a ZIP of the whole Hulu directory in 
case diff chokes on you again.

Hulu up
and running again.
