Menu enhancement #1

The menu for GxGeo is hard to use and needs to be improved.
Navigating through the list of ROMs is too fast and impossible to use.

New features could include:
  - File system browser for ROMs
  - Config editing 
    - Controls 
    - Default ROM dir
    - Save dir
  - Return to Loader
  - Restart Wii

fist thanks for selecion mode arcade, home or unibios in file gxgeorc but menu 
in dos mode is very usefull
