Rightside (rightside.co) no longer seems active, their site and whois no longer answer.

I have updated all these TLDs:

.dentist
.engineer
.gives
.lawyer
.market
.mortgage
.navy
.rehab
.republican
.rip
.sale
.software
.vet
.video

with the whois server indicated by IANA, all attributable to Donuts Inc. , I have also added tests for all TLDs.
