Added one tld config line for .az domains (Azerbaijan) based on https://www.iana.org/domains/root/db/az.html

Hello,

does the whois server work for you?

It appears to me that it is only accessible via the web at https://whois.az/

I also tried a telnet to whois.az port 53 and it is not responding.
