Bootstrap docs #1

I really like your idea of an annotation based jackson module for JSON-LD. Could we get some basic bootstrap docs to help get us started? As a minimum maybe the following would be a good start:

  1. A list of available annotations along with basic descriptions
  2. Required / optional configurations
  3. Might also be useful for adoption to mention registering the module in jackson
