What kind of device or service would you like to see an adapter for? openHASP

Is the device connected to the internet or only available on a local network? Local Network

Is an official App or Website available? openHASP

Is an official API including documentation available? Yes, it works via MQTT an JSON lines MQTT Commands

Are other libraries for an integration available? no

Is this device already integrated in other Smart Home systems? yes HomeAssistant Node Red openHAB

Is this device already integrated in homebridge? Might the ham adapter in combination with the homebridge plugin be sufficient? no

Additional context There a lot of Displays supportet by openHASP Hardware

I've bought a AZ Touch MOD a while ago. And OpenHASP seems to be a cool way to use this display. 1st Issue I've discovered: It seems to use a newer MQTT standard sending json data in its endpoints: Example for a button:

Or Slider Input:

{"event":"changed","val":40}
