Goal is to have one website https://www.iobroker.dev which contains:

• all the online tools for adapter developers:
  • Adapter Creator (Web version)
  • Adapter Check
  • Weblate
  • Links to Documentation
• a list of Community Initiatives the developer is involved in
• a list of own adapters with:
  • state information (like latest/stable version, # of issues)
  • translation status
  • Used Adapter Creator version
  • additional infos like ioBroker specific warnings or similar

Authentication will be done using GitHub only (as all developers require a GitHub account anyways).
