Think about update stable version to 6.17.14

Version: stable=6.13.16 (145 days old) => latest=6.17.14 (29 days old) Installs: stable=39321 (53.63%), latest=2790 (3.81%), total=73315

As 7.x.x is now available at stable no more automatic re mindrs will occure. But I think we should consider updating STABLE to latest 6.x.x versions as admin 7.x.x is likely to have last a little bit at latest only due to the big changes it includes and possible required fixes.

Please check / decide whether theres any reason to keep stbale unchanged.

-) I did NOT receive a PR yet -) sources-dist-stable is not updated yet

hmmm ... I see ... There's a change at branch nmea https://github.com/ioBroker/ioBroker.repositories/tree/nmea which was not included into PR.

I assume that admin 6.17.14 should go to stable an will do the necessery steps. @GermanBluefox @Apollon77 @foxriver76
