State is not saved #346

Describe the bug
When you add states these are not saved.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add state (the third line in the image) image
  2. Click on OK

Expected behavior

  1. Button "Save" should be enabled.
  2. Changes to states should be saved.
