add data properties 'bound' and 'bindHandler' to allow vis to remove the bounded states from widget fix for issue #62 please test it. didnt have test instance atm

@AlCalzone we should better take that fix into the adapter creator and regenerate the template

Yes, this is going in the creator. But the PR is good as a baseline how things should be changed.

@GermanBluefox This is going to be overwritten by the adapter creator in a few minutes ;) In general, merging PRs here doesn't make sense if they don't come from the creator.
