Add 'quickstart' or similar for noobs #98

Imagine you are a noob and you see this image:

You think, "Nice! I'd like that". You install the adapter. Your IOB system shows 1 installed instance but you don't actually see it in the instance list. You are confused.

Please add 1 or 2 lines in the readme explaining how to actually get this nice UI running.

Well... that is very interesting. This appeared when I loaded the UI just now:

I swear it wasn't there after the installation, despite hard refresh.

Maybe it only appeared after I discovered how to actually make this UI run. One thing that really needs to be mentioned is that Socket.IO must be enabled in the web instance:
