fix unhandled promise rejection #51

This Addresses the Issues #45 and #48 and should fix the Error: "Unhandled promise rejection". From node.js 12 this error leads to a program crash. Since I'm still on node.js 10, I can't test the bug fix in detail yet, but maybe D3ltorohd or guergen1 can try it out.
