Iobroker-IN Nodes are detached from states

Now it happens that iobroker-IN Nodes are not updated - and remain in state connected - even if states are updated or changed.

Delays between received state changes and response is much worse in 3.1.x - the peaks in CPU is the dwd adapter each quarter - but the peaks are too high. Look to this picture in Version 3.1.1

In comparison to version 3.0.0 - much smoother and more performant

I will try the current 3.1.0 Version as well.
