[Feature] Make URL more tolerant for webbased adapter checker #85

When checkin an adpate rusing webinterface (https://www.iobroker.dev/adapter-check) you must enter the adapter repo without the github prefix, i.e. iobroker-community-adapters/ioBroker.nsclient

Please consider accepting BITH variants:

iobroker-community-adapters/ioBroker.nsclient and https://github.com/iobroker-community-adapters/ioBroker.nsclient

This would it make easier to cut & paste teh url from the browserwindow.
