Update Let's encrypt implementation for js-controller 3.2 to work again

Needed changes:

• The LE.createServer method from letsencrypt.js now returns a Promise and needs to be handled with promises or async await (see e.g. https://github.com/ioBroker/ioBroker.admin/commit/225c6e3b94d43a3cd6def867e85de0eb9d8c0a25)
• The LE.createServer method now supports an additional parameter for the adapter to allow the js-controller to restart instances after a certificate update (see e.g. https://github.com/ioBroker/ioBroker.admin/commit/1f71c460baf08869b64dbbc0802f980a25d5fc60
