File index_m.html not found after installation #58

Describe the bug
After Installation i receive only this error File index_m.html not found

when i try to config the adapter. Also the Log shows:

host.LibreELEC 2021-03-21 16:59:40.346 error instance system.adapter.simple-api.0 terminated by request of the instance itself and will not be restarted, before user restarts it.

I have reinstalled the adapter without success.

After stop & start there is no error in the log but still only the message when i try to edit the adapter config:

Please execute "iobroker upload simple-api". Working then?

If you can find the originalinstallation output of the adapter in the log that would be great to see why this was not executed. Logfiels should be in /opt/iobroker/log for atleast 7 days.

Do you still have logs to check Why it did not happened automaticllay as it should??

Das ist log vom anlegen der Instanz ... da müsste aber auch log sein als der Adapter installiert wurde. Das ist relevant
