add weatherForecast tests #19

I did try to understand an issue in lovelace and get accuweather detected as weatherForecast device (see PR in accuweather repository).

For this I wrote tests using the three weather adapters I had installed on my system ( accuweather, dasWetter and weatherunderground). No functional update (just removed a surplus space in index.js). Feel free to merge, if you like the tests.
