Light forgets Electricity states #44

Create a "Light" device, add Electricity states, save this, change tab, change back to devices tab (so that it gets reloaded) ... open light devcei again to edit ... electricity states are empty

I found it ... issue in type detector

should be fixed in 4.0 (needs then to be used but one step after the other)
