Zusätzlicher State / Role für Garagentor #54

In "Devices" angelegte Tore enthalten den Set und den actual state. Dieser ist mit der role "value.blind" versehen und in %. Es sollte aber einen "Closed" State geben (bspw.), welcher einfach als boolscher Wert die Endlage wiedergibt.

One idea could be value.closure or such. But we will see. In fact closed is more another channel as contact sensor, or?!

Problem is that current "devices" potentially mix channels. But ok we will see ...
