[bug]: "Hintergrundfarbe des Ladebildschirms" und "Logo ausblenden" funktionieren nicht #406

No existing issues.

Describe the bug

When setting values for "Hintergrundfarbe des Ladebildschirms" and "Logo ausblenden" in the Instance-Config, they do not seem to have an effect. I still do see a white background on the loading-screen AND I now stangely have a "Monster Van" Logo showing as loading logo instead of the IOBroker logo.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to instance administartion panel
  2. Select a loading screen background color
  3. tick the hide logo checkbox
  4. Load a Visualization and see that nothing has changed

Expected behavior

The set background color is applied to the loading page. Also, if selected, the loading Logo is hidden and only the background is showing while loading
