Now values and colors can be configured for almost every jqui-mfd widget for each dedicated state. This allows to e.g. say that at 0% the icon should be colored in red while at 100% it should become green. Furthermore the Custom10 widget now allows to even configure the individual state values at which an icon should be displayed. Last not least, I also generally fixed all german translations.
Please note that all russian translations are missing!
